My career began in the UK before many years working across South East Asia and the wider APAC region, often in environments where growth, complexity, and imperfect conditions required sound judgement and practical execution. Today, I focus on coaching founders and management teams during times when growth, change, or transition feels heavier than it should, helping bring clarity, structure, and momentum back into decision-making as part of their personal development journey.
